 Most of our rentals homes are centrally located near St Paul Colleges as well as the     University of Minnesota. Most are located near Metro Transit bus lines and the Green Line.  Some of our renters have been from Concoria, St Thomas, St Kates, Hamline, William Mitchell College of Law, St Paul College, Bethel, Macalaster, University of Minnesota, Augsburg, Metro State and other local Universities and colleges and technical school in the area.
Though most of our rentals are occupied by college students, on occasion we also advertise some rentals to that appeal to those who have no affliation to colleges or universities.
